Rental rules

• Order Limit: Maximum of 3 toys per rental order.
• “Trendy Toys” Category Limit: no more than 1 toy per rental order.
• Other Categories: All other categories have no category-specific limits—feel free to mix and match or select multiple toys of the same category (up to the 3-item total limit).
• The rental fee is charged once per round, not once per toy.
• Renting and buying are separate options at Toy Checkout. Rented toys cannot be converted into purchases or kept permanently.
• If toys are not placed at your doorstep as required within the agreed return window, or if no one is home, preventing timely pickup, a second pickup attempt will be required. The resulting pick-up fees will be deducted from your deposit. To proceed with your next rental, the deposit must be topped up to $50.
• In the event of uncontrollable circumstances such as severe weather that prevent scheduled delivery/pickup, we will contact you promptly to reschedule the delivery/pick-up time.
