Submitting your order locks in your itemized quote—including prices, discounts, HST, deposits, and service fees. To complete your order, send your e-Transfer as instructed. Fulfillment begins once payment is confirmed.

Paid orders can be fully canceled prior to delivery or pickup. Once toys are delivered or picked up, all sales are final.

All rented toys belong to Toy Checkout and must be returned according to your order’s fulfillment method. Rental duration starts at fulfillment. Please ensure toys are returned on time and in good condition to avoid late or damage assessment fees.

Your first rental requires a refundable CA$50 security deposit. This deposit is separate from rental fees and is HST-exempt. It is not charged per order; your account maintains this single deposit balance. Any deductions for damage or late returns are assessed only after an official review.

Membership becomes active only after application, email verification, and payment confirmation. Benefits apply only during an active paid membership term.

Toy Checkout collects and retains only the essential information required to manage your account, process orders, handle rentals and deposits, provide customer support, and maintain legal and financial audit records.
